We work with patients and their families on common functional problems including:

• Loss of mobility or difficulty with walking, transfers, stair climbing
• Difficulty swallowing/speech and language problems
• Memory deficits, judgment difficulties
• Loss of coordination or balance
• Difficulty performing self-care activities
• Inability to work or function in the community
• Loss of bowel and bladder control
