As a service to the community, Fayette Regional Health System is a collection site for LabOne and LabCard Select Members.
Specific collection sites include:
Patients may present their physician’s written order for laboratory testing and their LabOne or LabCard at any one of the above sites.
The necessary specimen(s) will be collected and sent to Quest Diagnostics for testing.
