Foundation Director

FRHS Foundation

The foundation director will serve as an ambassador and representative of the hospital foundation. He or she will work closely with the Foundation Board of Directors, physicians, team members and volunteers. He or she will also cultivate philanthropic relationships and formulate, implement, and manage daily fundraising activities. Additionally, the Foundation Director will develop, manage, and sustain short and long-term fundraising programs, to generate funds for the organization to accomplish its mission in healthcare.

Quality Coordinator

Care Management

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for all quality review activities within the facility and within the scope of education and/or other training. Patient information will be monitored to determine and advocate for appropriate quality of services to maximize optimal outcomes within the provision of quality, cost-effective, and efficiently provided care.

Cancer Care Center

The RN is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of activities on that designated unit for that assigned shift. The RN acts as a mentor, resource, educator and leader at bedside, and supervises all team members assigned to their charge.

Ultrasonographer

Diagnostic Imaging

The Ultrasonographer performs abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, small parts, general, vascular and cardiac ultrasound procedures on patients throughout the life span. He or she must be capable of performing  all procedures with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

LPN

Specialty Clinics

The License Practical Nurse (LPN) assists with, and administers care for sub-acute and acute patients under the direction of attending physician(s) in a clinic-environment. This includes but is not limited to performing routine lab tests, obtaining vital statistics of patients and other procedures deemed necessary by the attending physician(s).

Systems Analyst

Information Services

The System Analyst is responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems. The Team Member will provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. The Team Member will also identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources.

CRT/ RRT

Respiratory

Provide standard and specialized respiratory therapy services to patients according to provider’s orders all within the limits of acquired skills and capabilities.  This includes, but not limited to: Oxygen therapy, intermittent therapies, suction therapy, invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques and maintenance. This position services all population ages including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

The Supervisor is responsible for all clinical, administrative and management functions of each unit as assigned by the VP of Patient Care Services. The Supervisor will maintain a close relationship with all departments, as well as maintain clinical expertise and competency in patient care.

North Star Recovery

The RN is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of activities on that designated unit for that assigned shift. The Registered Nurse executes comprehensive nursing care activities, and acts as a mentor, resource, educator and leader at bedside. He/she assesses patient needs, plans, and implements patient care activities, and evaluates the patient’s response to treatment. He/she manages activities within the therapeutic milieu while working with the therapists and case managers to implement individualized treatment plans.
