Paramedic

Emergency Care

The Paramedic is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care. The Paramedic is responsible to the Registered Nurse assigned to those patients and the Team Leader for that designated unit.

The Security Guard is a multi-skilled team member who is responsible for protecting life, property, buildings, and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism of all persons on hospital grounds and in performing respective tasks to support our pursuance for excellence.

CMA

Primary Care Center

The Medical Assistant assists and administers care for sub-acute and acute patients under the direction of attending physician(s) and/or RN/LPN nurse(s) in a clinic-environment. This includes but is not limited to performing routine lab tests, obtaining vital statistics of patients and other procedures deemed necessary by the attending physician(s).

Ultrasonographer

Diagnostic Imaging

The Ultrasonographer performs abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, small parts, general, vascular and cardiac ultrasound procedures on patients throughout the life span. He or she must be capable of performing  all procedures with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Inpatient Therapist

The Inpatient Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to the residential patients as well as developing, monitoring, and adjusting each patient’s individualized treatment plan and goals. The Inpatient Therapist will work closely with the Residential Case Manager to assist with discharge planning.

Nurse Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling all nursing staff for the Care Pavilion as well as acting as the liaison between the Care Pavilion and the FRHS Nursing Team Leader.

RN

North Star Recovery

The RN is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of activities on that designated unit for that assigned shift. The Registered Nurse executes comprehensive nursing care activities, and acts as a mentor, resource, educator and leader at bedside. He/she assesses patient needs, plans, and implements patient care activities, and evaluates the patient’s response to treatment. He/she manages activities within the therapeutic milieu while working with the therapists and case managers to implement individualized treatment plans.

LPN

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of activities on that designated unit for that assigned shift. The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as a mentor, resource, educator and leader at bedside.
