Cardiac Rehabilitation

Fayette Regional Health System Cardiac Rehabilitation is a comprehensive program that encompasses disease management, exercise therapy and educational programs for those diagnosed with cardiac disease. Cardiac Rehabilitation is offered in three phases: Inpatient Phase, Outpatient Phase, and Maintenance Phase.

Inpatient Phase focuses on the current diagnosis and hospitalization.

Outpatient Phase continues with increased aerobic exercise and education to regain strength and endurance.

Maintenance Phase is a lifelong commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
